Preforms

Wire meshes are made by pressure contact welding. The mesh can be a width of 2 m and a length of 12 m.

Initially, the machine is programmed, the required diameter of bunch of reinforcement is selected, and then from reinforcing ligament are separated the ends of reinforcement tube in the required quantity and placed in the car.

Clamps are made of steel bars and wire rodes of diameter 6-12mm. Exact size matching and similarity of each batch of clamps are guaranteed. The packing of ready clamps allows easy organization of delivery, loading and unloading.

Spatial reinforcement carcasses are used for reinforcement of beams and columns.
